CAPE HENRY LAUNCH SERVICE, INC. operates from 0800 to 1700 seven days a week. Overtime service is available, which requires advance notice. Virginia state holidays are considered overtime.

Cape Henry, Foxtrot, Gulf, or Kilo Anchorages Included
First Hour of launch Charter (base rate) $400.00
Every hour after the first (base rate) $275.00
Overtime (1700 - 0800) Add $50.00 per hour to base rate.
Ocean Trips (per hour) Add $50.00 to the base hourly rate
Truck Crane (per lift) $25.00 with a $250.00 minimum charge
Standby Time at dock (per hour) between runs $125.00
Large passenger loads (first 6 no charge) Add $25.00 for each passenger above 6

The person or company ordering service is responsible for payment. Launch orders that are canceled within two hours of departure time will be subject to a $175.00 minimum charge.

 

Special Day-Rates and job pricing are available but must be arranged prior to starting any job.

All tariffs are effective January 1, 2008.
